Why Exchange?
Because it can sometimes be tricky to figure out what products are a good fit for your shop, we offer a 3 month exchange perk that can help eliminate that risk factor. Any product that doesn't sell after 3 months is eligible to be exchanged on your next purchase order. It's a great way to keep your inventory fresh and constantly moving, which has proven to boost sales.
How does it work?
- All you have to do is snap a quick photo of the products you would like to return and e-mail it to: wholesale@metamorph-jewelry.com.
- Once we receive your request, we'll type up your exchange statement and send it over with your coupon code valued at the dollar amount of your exchange along with return instructions.
- You can place your purchase order any time after you receive your coupon code. The dollar amount of your exchange will be deducted from your order when you use your coupon code at the checkout.
- Regular purchase order minimums still apply.
