MetaMorph Jewelry Studio is moving to a new storeront located on Main Street in Waterville, Maine at the end of August. We're sad to say goodbye to Pittsburgh, but excited to embark on a new and exciting adventure.

Last Day Open in Pittsburgh

Our last day open will be Satuday August 26th, we will be open 11am-6pm.

When will you open in Waterville, Maine?

We will reopen the workshop to continue processing web orders for shipment and establish regular hours on September 13th. Our storefront will open to the public on September 30th, 2023.

How will my order be effected?

Starting August 23rd all orders placed online will have a turnaround time of 3 weeks. This means that your order will ship no later than 3 weeks after it is placed between August 23rd-September 6th, at which time our standard 7 day processing time will go into effect. This extended processing time is to make up for the time that it will take to move the studio and get it up and running again at our new location in Maine.

Can I still place a commission order?

Please click here to get in touch with your commission request. Complicated commission requests may be declined due to the time constraints, less complicated commission requests will likely be approved up to August 7th.

What about gift cards?

All gift cards can still be used online to purchase any of our products. If you purchased or have a permanent jewelry gift card, you can also use this to purchase any of the products in our web shop. Unfortunately the last day to get permanent jewelry at our store in Pittsburgh will be August 26th. Will you be liquidating any retail furniture or displays?

Yes! We will have a liquidation sale to get rid of items that will not work in our new storefront the week after we close the store to the public. If you are interested in walking through the shop to browse our supplies, tools, displays and retail furniture for sale, please chat or email info@metamorph-jewelry.com to send your email address or phone number. We will add you to our list and reach out to you when we confirm the dates and times we will be letting folks walk through.

Will you still be doing events in Pittsburgh?
